Easy to negotiate and updates on our tax process.
Easy-Peasy, even a cave-man can do it through ez Tax Return. I went right through the process with no problems and it was my first time with ez Tax Return.
I really like having the option to follow the scripted step-thru Income and Interest entry, or random entry for those who are comfortable entering on their own. Your system was easy to follow, well explained, and had helpful notes that allowed me to save over a thousand dollars by knowing how much of my Social Security was taxable following your Worksheet. I've used several of the free filing websites, but yours fits me the best.
Have used them for 4 years now. No issues. I highly recommend them.

Very easy and convenient to use.
I have used two years now. I have a very simple return and because of a small amount of interest, Turbotax tried to charge me almost 200 dollars.
ezTax does not lie and are are very upfront about who qualifies for free and who doesn't.
The site was very easy to navigate, very self explanatory. I did pay the small fee to have them file my state. Was so worth it.
We are retired, fixed income and all that.
