If you were not the primary filer on the return in question, please provide us with the primary filer's first name, last name and the last 4 digits of the social security number. If an alternative e-mail address may have been associated with the account, please provide that as well. If you do not have any additional information that you can provide, you did not file with us. It is recommended to check your e-mail records to determine what service you used to file your returns.

Ease of use was great. However you made an error on my return by taking a credit that I wasn’t entitled to. This caused a delay in them sending my refund
Hello Garry, If the IRS has reduced your refund by the amount that you claimed for the Recovery Rebate Credit on Line 30 of your 1040, it appears that the IRS has records that you did receive the stimulus that you claimed that you did not. The Recovery Rebate Credit is used for those that DID NOT receive any/some stimulus. We apologize if there was any confusion. Please also note that our program asked the following mandatory question on the "Economic Impact Payment" page of our program:Did you receive an Economic Impact Payment (EIP 3) also referred to as the third stimulus payment? If you answered "No", you indicated to the IRS that you did not receive the EIP payment(s). If you answered "Yes" and did not enter the full amount received for each EIP, you indicated some stimulus was not received. The third stimulus payment(EIP3) was $1,400 for each qualifying individual that was supposed to be paid in 2021. If you did not receive the stimulus in question, it is recommended to contact the IRS at 800-829-1040 or wait for the letter to arrive or check your online account at: https://www.irs.gov/payments/your-online-account

Hi, I used your website in 2020 but couldn’t use it in 2021 bc I had ‘QCD’ . I called you for help and was told that your program wasn’t set up for it. Greatly disappointed, went another route. I will try again for 2022 taxes. I hope it works then. I liked your program. Thanks. Jim
