I used this software for the first time because it was cheaper than TurboTax. Somehow I overpaid the IRS and ended up receiving a refund of $162 (separate from the tax refund). Although I was confused because that’s never happened before, I can’t be too mad because it didn’t harm me- plus, I got a larger refund than expected. While a little less self-explanatory than TurboTax, the extra 10-15 minutes spent googling tax terms are worth the cheaper service. I plan to use this software again next year.
The wizard to follow is very easy to follow and understand. It is a little expensive if not a free file. I will keep using it in future years.
I utilized ezTaxReturn for first time in 2023. I am not a technical person and found the program to be pretty straight forward. I was able to complete taxes in a painless, speedy way. I would recommend ezTaxReturn to seniors not tech savvy.

I have been using ezTaxReturn for a decade or so and it has been great. I messed up on the taxes a couple of times so I get the extra protection and they take care of everything with the IRS. It's a huge relief and a lot better than going somewhere and having someone run similar software but not asking all the questions you need. So, thanks ezTaxReturn team!

Very easy a 3rd grader can do it. Straight to the point. Saving data is awesome. Private and written information is secured. I will continue to use ezTaxReturn because I trust no else. ezTaxReturn has never let me down. I'm looking forward to file my 2024 tax return with ezTaxReturn.
