Customer Service Representatives

ezTaxReturn seeks qualified college or advanced degree accounting students to work as Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) for the January thru April 2024 tax season. We offer an excellent paid internship opportunity for students or candidates interested in taxation.

ezTaxReturn is an online tax preparation and Authorized IRS e-file Provider since 1999. CSRs will receive training in our tax program, including how to diagnose customer problems, in order to assist customers via email and phone. Applicants must have a minimum 3.0 GPA, excellent writing and verbal skills, and be available to work 20 hours or more each week. Evening, night and weekend hours are available (and may be required).
