Your session has timed out!

For security purposes, your browser session has terminated. This occurs when your session is idle for more than 15 minutes or when you log in to your account from another device.

Below is a list of several items which could cause a session time-out in our program. Please read carefully and follow the instructions below to see what best applies to you:

  • Multiple sessions. This happens when you're looking at our program with more than one browser, window or tab at the same time. Even a pop-up window with a PDF or worksheet, for example, would be considered multiple sessions so please be sure you are running only one session.
  • Clear cookies on your computer as far back as allowed, then close your browser and re-launch it.
  • Be sure that you are not coming to our site from a bookmark or any type of link that 'takes you back to where you left off'.
  • Old versions of browsers can cause this so be sure that you are running current versions of your browsers (any that you use to access our program).
  • Any kind of masking or incognito mode will cause session time-outs so please be sure that you are not running any of that.
  • Your security settings are set too high. Some security features block IP addresses or constantly change them or cookies/java script is blocked.
  • If you are on a mobile device and your Wi-Fi is not very strong (and you're switching in and out of Wi-Fi or even switching Wi-Fi connections), that will cause a time-out.
